Subscriptions & Order Processing Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription renewals, changes, and cancellations work, as well as how we handle orders placed during product backlogs.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout—every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. All subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel. 

Renewal Reminders

Before each renewal, you’ll receive an “Order About to Process” email 3-5 days before your order process. This gives you time to:

  • skip an order

  • change flavors

  • adjust delivery frequency

  • or cancel the subscription entirely

If no changes are made before the processing window closes, the order will renew and ship as scheduled. If you cannot find these emails, please check your spam folder.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription; including pausing, skipping, or canceling upcoming orders by logging in: https://vandycrisps.com/a/account/login
Please note: any orders already processed can’t be changed or canceled.

Please note:

  • Cancelling a subscription does not cancel any orders that have already been confirmed or processed for shipping.

  • Any changes (flavor, frequency, skips) made in your account apply to your next order cycle unless made before your renewal processes.

Cancelling a Subscription Order

If you want to cancel and refund a subscription order, you must reach out before the order processes for shipment or receives a “label created” status.

Once an order is confirmed and processing, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Pre-Order & Backlog Purchases

We do not currently offer traditional pre-orders. However, during periods of high demand or backlogged production, your card may be charged before your order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

For backlog orders:

  • Customers may request cancellation if the order has not yet begun processing for shipment.

  • We do not automatically cancel backlog orders on our end.

  • If delays occur, customers may reach out and we may refund shipping costs as a courtesy.

Address Updates

If you need to update the shipping address on a backlog order, changes can be made within a 4-hour window after placing the order. After that, address updates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customers entering incorrect shipping information.
