Shipping policy


1. Order Processing

 

  • -Vandy Crisps are artisanally-made to ensure peak freshness.
  • -Please allow 3 business days for processing under normal conditions.
  • -Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or product launches. Your order confirmation email will have the most accurate ship time for your order.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

  • -We ship to all U.S. addresses.
  • -Shipping to Canada and the EU is coming soon…stay tuned!

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

  • -Enjoy Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $99 within the lower 48 states.
  • -Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

 

4. Delivery Times

 

  • -Standard ground shipping typically takes 3 business days, excluding weekends.
  • -Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unexpected factors outside of our control.

 

5. Shipping Delays

 

  • -If your order arrives later than the promised delivery window, please contact hello@vandycrisps.com
  • -If we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within our stated processing timeline, you may be eligible for a shipping cost refund.
  • -Please note that once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delays shown in tracking are outside our control and are not eligible for a shipping refund.

6. Packaging & Product Care

 

  • -Bags may appear “puffy” — we intentionally fill them with nitrogen for freshness and cushioning, which helps prevent breakage.
  • -All packages are sealed for freshness and packed with care to minimize damage.

 

7. Order Tracking

 

  • -Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
  • -You can also check your order status anytime via your My Account page.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

 

  • -If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vandycrisps.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

  • -Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are processed for shipping. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, our team still may be able to assist.
  • -For subscription orders, cancellations apply to future shipments and must be made at least 3 days before your next renewal. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel already confirmed orders. See our full Subscription & Cancellation Policy for more details.
