2 cups Vandy Crisps Original

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

1 cup white chocolate, melted
Directions
Place your Vandy Crisps in a large mixing bowl. Alternatively, you can spread them out on a sheet of parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Crush the freeze-dried strawberries directly into the bowl with the crisps. We like a mix of fine strawberry powder for color and larger chunks for a burst of tartness, but the texture is completely up to you!
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the crisps and berries. Toss gently to ensure everything is lightly coated. There’s really no wrong way to do this - messy is part of the charm!
Let the chocolate set for a few minutes. To go all out with the Valentine’s vibe, serve this alongside white chocolate-covered strawberries and additional shards of white chocolate bark.
Recipe Note
If you want even more color, save a few pinches of the strawberry powder to sprinkle over the top after you’ve drizzled the chocolate for a beautiful pink finish.
