Spooky Swirled Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 bar (3.5 oz / 100 g) 85% dark chocolate
  • 1 bar (4.4 oz / 125 g) milk chocolate
  • 1 bar (4.4 oz / 125 g) white chocolate
  • ½ cup Vandy Original, roughly broken
  • ¼–⅓ cup assorted Halloween sprinkles and candies

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Break all three chocolate bars into individual squares. Arrange the dark, milk, and white chocolate pieces close together on the parchment, alternating the colors to create a fun pattern.

  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 5–7 minutes, just until the chocolate becomes soft and glossy. (Note: The squares may still hold their shape, so test one gently with a toothpick rather than waiting for them to melt flat!)

  4. Remove from the oven and immediately use a toothpick, skewer, or the tip of a butter knife to swirl the three chocolates together. Be careful not to over-swirl. You want distinct, pretty ribbons of dark, milk, and white chocolate.

  5. Immediately press the broken Vandy Original into the warm chocolate, leaving some pieces nice and big. Scatter your Halloween sprinkles and candies across the top.

  6. Place the tray in the freezer for 10–20 minutes until the chocolate is completely set and firm. Break into rustic shards and enjoy!
