These aren't your average nachos. By starting with a base of Vandy French Onion, you get a built-in layer of savory caramelized onion flavor that pairs perfectly with the bite of sharp white cheddar. Topped with crispy chopped bacon and finished with cool sour cream, this dish hits every craving - salty, crunchy, and creamy. It’s a simple, high-quality upgrade to snacking that comes together in less than ten minutes.
Ingredients
-
½ bag Vandy Crisps French Onion
-
1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar
-
10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
-
Sour cream, for serving
-
Green onions, chopped
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spread the Vandy French Onion in an even layer across an oven-proof dish or sheet pan.
Sprinkle the shredded sharp white cheddar evenly over the chips, then scatter the chopped bacon pieces across the top.
Place the pan in the oven for 5–7 minutes. You are looking for the cheese to be perfectly melted and the chips to be warmed through.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with a dollop of sour cream and a generous sprinkle of chopped green onions. Serve while warm for the best crunch.
