    HERBES DE PROVENCE

    We believe these to be the best flavor of all! The herb flavors are perfectly balanced, like you say!

    We do have a request. (I am using "we" because I shared at my office, and I put these out at my home with a charcuterie for my family and friends.)

    PLEASE could you put more product in the bags? I understand it would be more costly, however each person I gave a bag to, said the same thing! When you are eating and sharing, it just isn't enough of a good thing!

    Heaven on a potato

    THE most refined and perfectly seasoned chip ever. We tried with champagne and rosé from Provence and it’s the most perfect pairing EVER. Highly recommend.

Organic Potatoes

Most conventional potatoes in the U.S. are treated with multiple pesticides and often sprout-inhibiting chemicals like CIPC (chlorpropham) to extend shelf life — a practice banned in Europe due to safety concerns.

Many potato varieties sold in stores are also not ideal for frying. Their starch makeup causes them to brown too quickly, leading to the formation of acrolein and other oxidative compounds instead of that clean, crispy texture.

It took time to find a farmer who could grow the right potato variety for frying and meet our exacting natural-farming standards. The good news?

Our farm is now fully certified organic.

These potatoes are grown without synthetic pesticides, without CIPC, and in full accordance with organic farming regulations. They’re the same potatoes, same farmer, and same methods you’ve come to expect — now backed by official organic certification.

Truly organic, naturally grown, and perfect for frying.

Grass Fed Tallow

There are many oils you could make chips with, but only one option stands above the rest: grass fed beef tallow.

We use tallow because it's delicious, non-inflammatory and full of fat soluble vitamins. Traditionally used by the best chefs for 100s of years, it is completely natural and unprocessed.

Surprisingly, it's also far less greasy than any plant oil--no grease-covered knuckles after a bag of Vandy for you.

A Golden Crunch

All this makes for a chip unlike any you've ever eaten-- even if you've had your fair share of the chip section.

Trite as it is, they simply don't make em like they used to. Until now, that is.
