Ingredients
Satsuma oranges, peeled and segmented
Celery sticks
Salsa (or your favorite bright, spicy dip)
Olives
Cheese — a mix of soft and sharp
Cold cuts (salami, prosciutto, or turkey slices)
Nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
Vandy Crisps, for crunch and dipping
Directions
Start with a large board or platter — black or wooden works best for that Halloween mood.
Arrange small bowls for olives, nuts, and salsa. Fan out your cheeses and cold cuts, then add satsuma slices and celery.
