4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

¼ cup mayonnaise

6 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated

3 oz smoked gouda, grated

2 oz diced pimentos, drained and chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Splash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire; stir to combine.
Fold in cheddar, gouda, and pimentos until evenly mixed.
Spread mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 18–20 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with chili powder or fresh parsley if desired.
