Ingredients

6 large eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon chilli powder

Salt + black pepper, to taste

¼ cup Vandy Crisps Smokehouse BBQ, crushed

Parsley, for garnish
Directions
Hard boil the eggs, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, smoked paprika, chilli powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Top generously with crushed Vandy Crisps Smokehouse BBQ and finish with a sprinkle of parsley. Serve chilled.
