Ingredients

Vandy Herbes de Provence, for dipping

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

¼ cup Greek yogurt

¼ cup fresh cilantro (or more, to taste)

¼ cup fresh parsley (or any fresh herbs of choice)

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Roughly chop the cilantro, parsley, and garlic.
Add the avocados, Greek yogurt, cilantro, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (a little extra lemon or salt goes a long way).
