Ingredients

10–12 thick-cut pickle chips

1 egg

1/4 cup gluten-free flour

3/4 cup Vandy Crisps Original, crushed
Directions
Use a food processor to crush the Vandy Crisps into fine crumbs. Place them in a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk the egg until smooth. In a third, add the flour.
Pat the pickle chips dry with a paper towel so the coating sticks better.
Dredge each pickle in flour, dip into the egg, then press into the crushed Vandy until fully coated.
Arrange the coated pickles in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed. Depending on your air fryer, a light spray of oil may help them crisp up evenly.
Enjoy hot with a side of spicy mayo (just stir mayo with a little hot sauce or sriracha) for dipping.
