*CIPC is an herbicide that prevents potatoes from sprouting. It is banned in Europe and has been linked with various health issues including endocrine disruption, but is nearly ubiquitous in US potatoes.
The potatoes used in Vandy Crisps are naturally grown without CIPC.

We can't offer returns on food items, but send us an email if something's gone wrong.
This is our first launch so we anticipate a ton of orders. All boxes should ship within 6-8 business days.
We're still getting used to hand-making Vandy, so orders should ship within 3-5 business days.
Right now, we do not have other flavors of Vandy Crisps available. Vandy Original is the only flavor currently available... but stay tuned!
We make Vandy by hand out of our owned-and-operated facility not far from New York. The same place where MASA Chips are made!

"After you taste your first Vandy Crisp, you won't eat any Lay's or any other fried in seed oil potato chip. These are really good. They taste like real potatoes Not overly salty, not overly greasy, those are delicious. It leaves a great taste in your mouth. You can briefly heat them up in either a toaster oven/air fryer or microwave. You can add creme fraiche and caviar to them and serve them as canapés or keep them all for yourself. Our potatoes, of course, are not. And while this batch is not yet certified organic, they are grown in conformance with such methods and will be certified in the fall.
Grass-Fed Tallow
There are many oils you could make chips with, but only one option stands above the rest: grass fed beef tallow. We use tallow because it's delicious, non-inflammatory and full of fat soluble vitamins. Traditionally used by the best chefs for 100s of years, it is completely natural and unprocessed.
A Golden Crunch
All this makes for a chip unlike any you've ever eaten-- even if you've had your fair share of the chip section. Trite as it is, they simply don't make em like they used to. Until now, that is.
